  • What regulations must be respected for electric bicycles and scooters?
    Before hitting the road with your e-bike in Canada, find out about local regulations. Respecting these rules guarantees your safety and avoids sanctions. E-bike regulations may differ from province to province and country to country
  • Do I have an account to order?
    No, you can place an order as a guest. We are using Paypal as our gate for payments. If you have a Paypal account, you can use it easily, but you can also use your credit card as a guest. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express and more
  • How secure is my online order?
    When you shop online with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL website. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. We are using Paypal as our gate for payments. Paypal is the most secured payment in the industry. Your banking data is encrypted and never passes unencrypted over the network. The transaction is processed directly by our bank for greater security.
  • How can I change or cancel my order?
    We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of the order, to accept or refuse the order, or any part thereof, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card was authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, a credit will be given to the original payment method.   • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
    Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address rather than your business address, as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will hold the package.
  • When will my order arrive
    Delivery time is based on the shipping option you choose. Once the order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information the next day as tracking information is usually available 72 hours after the order is sent. We are not responsible for delays by your country's customs department.
  • How can I track my order?
    If possible and available, we will send your tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
  • What should I do if I have items missing in my order?
    If anything is missing, please contact us immediately.
  • When will my order be processed?
    All orders are processed and shipped from warehouses in Asia, Europe or North America. Please allow additional time to process your order during holidays and sales season. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the day of processing. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends. Please contact us if you don't receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.
